Our Services

Meta Growth Agency provides Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertising management services, including campaign setup, optimization, lead generation, creative strategy, tracking setup, and performance reporting.

Advertising Spend

Our management fees cover the management of your advertising campaigns only. Advertising spend (the budget paid to Meta for ad delivery) is not included in our fees. Clients pay their advertising budgets directly to Meta. We are not responsible for the outcome of advertising spend and make no guarantees regarding specific results.

No Affiliation

Meta Growth Agency is an independent digital marketing agency operated by DBM VENTURE LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Client Responsibilities

To receive services effectively, you agree to:

- Provide accurate business information

- Grant necessary access to your advertising accounts where required

- Pay agreed management fees on time

- Pay your advertising budget directly to Meta

Fees and Billing

Management fees are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fee amounts are listed on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Intellectual Property

All creative, copy, and strategy materials produced by Meta Growth Agency remain our property until full payment is received, at which point they are transferred to the client for use in their campaigns.

Limitation of Liability

DBM VENTURE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding month.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
