Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which Meta Growth Agency, operated by DBM VENTURE LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), handles cancellations and refunds for our advertising management services.

Management Fees

Our management fees are charged monthly in advance for campaign management services. Because our work is performed over time, management fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

Cancellation

You may cancel your management service at any time by providing written notice to DBM VENTURE LLC. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. We do not require long-term contracts.

Advertising Spend

Advertising spend (the budget paid to Meta for ad delivery) is separate from our management fees and is paid by you directly to Meta. DBM VENTURE LLC has no control over Meta's billing policies and cannot refund advertising spend. Any questions about advertising spend should be directed to Meta.

Refund Requests

If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at +1 (505) 528-5925 within 14 days of the charge. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds, where applicable, will be returned to the original payment method.

Service Pauses

You may request to pause your management service for a defined period. Management fees may still apply during a pause at a reduced rate, as agreed in writing.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
